It is my privilege to welcome you to the Scholarship Auxiliary and to invite you to learn about what we do.
Our goal is to support and encourage APU students, both financially and spiritually. We do this by planning events during the year that raise money used to provide scholarship funds.
Please read our “How to Get Involved” section below for opportunities to partner with us as we support our dedicated and deserving APU students.
We look forward to meeting you!

By planning and providing fundraising activities for Azusa Pacific University communities, the Scholarship Auxiliary works to put God First as it seeks to enhance the University Fund’s ability to provide scholarships to a diverse, highly qualified student body.
Purpose and Functions
The Scholarship Auxiliary raises funds that support student scholarships and enable students to join in on the powerful and life-changing Christian and academic experiences at APU.
The auxiliary staff works to increase the community’s awareness of the fact that 90 percent of APU students depend on some form of financial assistance for their education.
They also support each other and the students, faculty, and staff of APU, through authentic prayer, the most important tool we have as individuals and as a Christian organization. “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.” —Philippians 4:6 (NLT)
The Scholarship Auxiliary staff builds relationships amongst themselves and with the university communities so as to experience Christian fellowship. “For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” —Ephesians 2:10 (NIV)
Through its communications, fundraising efforts, commitments, and examples of Christian life, the Scholarship Auxiliary serves as an advocate for Azusa Pacific University.
The generosity of donors contributing to APU scholarships makes a huge difference in the lives of many students who otherwise may not be able to attend the university. Through their life-changing experiences at APU, students become empowered to impact the world for Christ.
How to Get Involved
Meetings for the Scholarship Auxiliary are held in the President’s Dining Room on the third Wednesday of every month at 11:30 a.m. Join us to learn more.
In addition to supporting scholarships, there are a number of other ways to make a difference in the lives of APU students.
