I participate in most activities that involve the fundraising arm of the university. My priorities include assisting the Associate Vice President of University Advancement, overseeing the work of support staff in areas of clerical administration and special events, and keeping a close watch on the expenditures from the budget. I am a member of the Development Leadership Team, the body that sets policy and procedures for the department.
Bev has been with the university since 1992, initially working with the Office of the Provost in all aspects of the academic arena. This provided important experience and insight regarding ways to cultivate relationships between the development side and the academic side of the university, enabling better communication and understanding between these areas of campus life.
