Networks and Groups

Network and affinity groups are here to help you connect with other alumni around a particular common interest. If you were on The Clause staff and want to talk about past articles and how the newspaper has changed, great! We have an affinity group for you. How about forensics or UCO Choir? You can connect with them as well.

Business Alumni: School of Business and Management alumni stay connected through their LinkedIn pages, special business events held on campus, and through the Pasadena/Arcadia Networking Group.

Cinematic Arts Alumni: The Cinematic Arts Alumni meet about twice a year to network in the world of cinematic arts. Stay connected with this group through its Facebook page.

European Alumni Chapter: This unique group of alumni living in Europe gathers once every 18 months to connect with each other.

Don’t see an alumni group to fit your needs?

Let us know! We are always looking for proactive alums who are interested in staying involved and connected. If you like to network with fellow APU alumni and have a vision for a new group, contact the Office of Alumni and Parent Relations today.

As an alum, you have the opportunity to share your time and abilities with current APU students. By volunteering at on-campus events such as CityLinks and Homecoming, or participating in chapel and academic lectures, you will enrich the lives of students and give future alums a glimpse of what they can do to still be involved at APU after they graduate.

Mentor a Student

Whether you want to lead a D-Group or meet with a student one on one, alumni are always welcome to spend time mentoring current students. For more information, visit the Mentoring Programs website.

Go on a Mission

Did you know that alumni can go on mission trips with APU? In addition to the annual Alumni Barnabas Team through Mexico Outreach, alumni also have the opportunity to join or lead a mission trip through Student Action.

Be a Network Leader

Would you like to see an APU Network of alums and parents in your area? Or would you like to start an APU Network around an affinity? We are always looking for alumni who would like to further the cause of the APU Alumni Association. For more details about APU Networks, please contact our office.

Give to APU

College is expensive. Often, a student’s only hope for higher education is a scholarship. Subsidizing this hope, the APU University Fund provides hundreds of deserving students with scholarship money every year. From this pool of resources, more than 92 percent of APU students draw the vital scholarships they need to follow their dreams at Azusa Pacific University.

Your generosity makes it possible. Give online to support APU students!
