Earth Day: Change the Dream March 31, 2009 Celebrate Earth Day by joining the APU community for a multi-media presentation, Awakening the Dreamer, Changing the Dream Symposium on Tuesday, April 21, from 6-9:30 p.m. in Upper Turner Campus Center. In this discussion, philosophers, scientists, and community leaders will explore a new global vision built on sustainability, spiritual fulfillment, and social justice. Some of the current challenges and opportunities include discussion of the state of our industrial world, a new dream for the world, and how you can be a part and make a difference in this bold new future. This symposium aims to raise awareness of the unique opportunity residents of this Earth have to shape the direction of the world with everyday choices and actions.
