Saluting Our Veterans October 27, 2009 Azusa Pacific University and Citrus College invite you to join us as we celebrate Veterans Day with the community by honoring veterans on Thursday, November 5 at 11 a.m. at the Citrus College Campus Center Mall.
Keynote speaker Martha McDonald, Citrus College Dean of Students and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran will speak, followed by an Army helicopter flyover and landing at Azusa Pacific University Football Stadium. The celebration will also include military vehicles and displays, AMVETS Honor Guard, a 21-Gun Salute to commemorate our veterans’ service, and a performance by the Gladstone High School marching band. Food and drinks will be served.
