Explore the new Center for Adult and Professional Studies (CAPS) website and learn more about its six programs in the fields of teacher preparation, leadership, information systems, and nursing. Degrees include Bachelor of Arts in Human Development, Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, and Master of Arts in Leadership and Organizational Studies.

"This concept of reality-based learning integrates textbook theory with students' work and life experiences, making course work and acquired skills immediately applicable to the workplace in both profit and nonprofit organizations," said Fred Garlett, executive director of CAPS.
