Dave McIntire, Ed.D., a professor in both APU's School of Behavioral and Applied Sciences and the School of Adult and Professional Studies, focuses on organizational leadership and the ways in which leaders can enhance their skills in the areas of teamwork, delegation, motivation, communication, and decision making. In addition, his experience as a vice president for student affairs at four university campuses enables him to mentor his graduate students in the nuances of leadership and management. McIntire has served as a faculty moderator and has an ongoing interest in faculty governance issues. He has taught in 26 countries around the world and has an abiding interest in international education. As an elder in his church, McIntire served as a consultant in mission activities.
