Registrar
The mission of the Non-Traditional Enrollment Services registrar is to enforce academic policy ethically, maintain student records accurately, and proficiently determine eligibility to see and obtain personal data. These services are provided in a friendly, customer-service oriented manner.
In addition to maintaining your permanent APU academic record, the Non-Traditional Enrollment Services registrar offers the following services:
- Enrollment verification
- Class registration
- Commencement ceremony
- Diploma disbursement
- Enforcement of academic policies and procedures
- Final degree clearance
- General academic petitions and Incomplete forms processing
- Intent to Graduate forms
- Maintenance and distribution of rosters, reports, and statistics
- Maintenance of cumulative records
- Record grades
- Registration packet distribution
- Transcripts and academic records disbursement
- Transfer credit evaluation
