Registrar
The mission of the APS registrar is to enforce academic policy ethically, maintain student records accurately, and proficiently determine eligibility to see and obtain personal data. These services are provided in a friendly, customer-service oriented manner.
In addition to maintaining your permanent APU academic record, the APS registrar offers the following services:
- Enrollment verification
- Class registration
- Commencement ceremony
- Diploma disbursement
- Enforcement of academic policies and procedures
- Final degree clearance
- General academic petitions and Incomplete forms processing
- Intent to Graduate forms
- Maintenance and distribution of rosters, reports, and statistics
- Maintenance of cumulative records
- Record grades
- Registration packet distribution
- Transcripts and academic records disbursement
- Transfer credit evaluation
