Making Payments
How to Pay
Unless otherwise noted, payment of tuition and fees is due by the first class session. The method of payment is based on the option selected on the Registration Billing Form.
Note: Payment plans may be arranged on an individual basis.
Online Credit Card Payments
Students can take advantage of this convenient online payment method that accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. All payments must be made through CASHNet, which students can find in the Billing and Payment area of their university portal account (home.apu.edu). Students will be charged each term for the full amount of the term.
Electronic Check Payments (ACH)
Students can also make an online ACH/check payment directly from their checking account through CASHNet, which is in the Billing and Payment area of their university portal account (home.apu.edu).
Payments by Check or Money Order
Students can also opt to pay by mail or in person with a check or money order made payable to Azusa Pacific University:
School of Adult and Professional Studies
Azusa Pacific University
PO Box 7000
Azusa, CA 91702-7000
The university will not accept third-party checks. Returned checks are subject to a $30 fee.
Note: The university reserves the right to require either cash or cashier's check payments for any student whose account reflects a prior history of dishonored checks and/or rejected credit card payments.
Cash Payments
Students can make payments to their account by cash. Cash payments cannot be accepted in the School of Adult and Professional Studies office due to federal regulations. Cash payments can be made at Cashiering Services (East Campus) or in the Graduate Center.
Additional Payment Methods
Students applying for federal loans or using their company’s reimbursement plan may submit the proper paperwork in lieu of payment.
