Filmmakers Transforming Lives

In the July 2013 issue of Christianity Today, APU graduates Anders Lindwall ’08, a cinema and broadcast arts major, and Ricky Staub ’06, a theater arts major, are featured for the growing success of the innovative company they founded, the Neighborhood Film Company (NFCo), a production company that fights homelessness, addiction, and poverty in Philadelphia.

“Films are such a communal process; we knew it could serve as both a medium of employment and a vehicle for restoration and hope,” said Lindwall.
