Rental Application

To apply for university-owned, non-campus housing, please download, print, complete and submit the rental application to:

You will need to sign a contract and make a $500 deposit to hold a specific unit. To secure a place on the waiting list and receive a call when a unit becomes available, you will need to make a $50 deposit.

These university-owned properties adhere to standard APU apartment rules and regulations.
