AZUSA, Calif. – Azusa Pacific officials are closely monitoring air quality reports and will make a decision by noon on Thursday (Sept. 3) as to whether or not Saturday’s football game vs. the University of San Diego will be played at Citrus Stadium.
Smoke from the Station Fire is lingering throughout the San Gabriel Valley and at times pushing air quality beyond healthy limits for outdoor activity.
Azusa Pacific Director of Athletics Bill Odell is in contact with officials at the University of San Diego and has made them aware of the situation.
