Homecoming football game site changed

Azusa Pacific's season opener was also played at Citrus Stadium, where 5,124 in attendance watched the Cougars take on University of San Diego.

Azusa Pacific's homecoming football game against Western Oregon on Oct. 24 is being moved to Citrus Stadium in Glendora, Calif. Kickoff for the game is also being changed to 6:30 p.m. The change in venue and time was made by university officials to accommodate an expected large crowd for the game.

Azusa Pacific played its Sept. 5 game against the University of San Diego at Citrus Stadium as well. It was the first time in Cougar program history that a game was played at Citrus Stadium, which is approximately 300 yards east of Cougar Stadium.
