For the first time since August of 2008, all 6 Azusa Pacific fall sports teams are nationally-ranked at the same time in their respective NAIA Top 25 Coaches Polls.

Women’s soccer tops the list of nationally-ranked Cougars at No. 2 in this week’s NAIA poll.  Women’s cross country is next at No. 3 in its poll, and women’s volleyball is No. 7.  Men’s soccer checks in No. 16, followed by football at No. 19.  The list is capped by men’s cross country at No. 25.

While Azusa Pacific is the only NAIA school ever to have 6 fall sports nationally-ranked at the same time, this is not the first week the Cougars have accomplished this feat.  In fact, they have been here before several times since 2004.  This week, however, marks the first time in 2 years.
