HIGH SCHOOL: Played 3 seasons of varsity basketball for head coach James Paleno at Pacific Palisades Charter High ... Was a 2-time All-Western League honoree, earning third team honors as a 2007 senior when he averaged 7.2 points, 2.2 assists and 2.3 steals a game ... Tallied season highs of 17 points, 6 assists, 5 steals and 5 rebounds ... Led the Dolphins to a 19-10 record and the quarterfinals of the L.A. City playoffs ... Also lettered 2 years in golf and as a senior earned all-league and all-city first team recognition ... Given the outstanding student-athlete award in 2007.
