  • No More No. 1Jan. 11, 2003 | For the seventh time this season, Azusa Pacific played a nationally-ranked team, and this time the Cougars collected the program's first-ever victory over a No. 1-ranked team, beating Concordia, 97-86.
  • Staniland Goes to the HoleJan. 7, 2003 | Jeff Staniland began driving the gut which in turn opened the Cougar offense and all the perimeter parts that come with it. As a result, Azusa Pacific rallied to down Fresno Pacific, 71-65.

  • A Little Extra From GervinDec. 16, 2002 | Given a second chance, senior guard Caleb Gervin made amends for a near game-losing mistake by scoring 10 consecutive points in OT to lead Azusa Pacific to a 86-81 victory over No. 12 Faulkner.
