• Cougars Can't Complete ComebackNov. 28, 2006 | Azusa Pacific rallied from 10 down in the final 6 minutes to tie the game with 1:53 to play, but Luke Allen made 6 straight points to lead unranked Westmont to a 79-72 upset of the Cougars in Santa Barbara.
• Downshifting is No ProblemNov. 13, 2006 | After 2 high-scoring, large-margin victories, the NAIA's No. 3-ranked Azusa Pacific had to downshift its speed against a disciplined Westminster, but it was no problem for the Cougars who posted a 69-55 victory.
