2008 (freshman): Put together arguably the best season by any freshman in the Golden State Athletic Conference in 2008 ... Ran in all 6 Cougar meets, clocking 4 of sub-19 minute efforts out of the five 5K races run ... Earned All-GSAC honors by finishing ninth in the conference meet with a personal-best 18:09, the 13th fastest time in program history ... Was the Cougars' fifth scorer at the NAIA Championship Meet in Kenosha, Wis., finishing 48th with an 18:28 ... Also clocked an 18:26 at the Vanguard Invitational.

TRACK & FIELD: Parlayed a breakthrough cross country campaign into a successful track & field season in which she captured NAIA Indoor All-America status in the 5000 meters, finishing fifth with a 17:48.09 ... As the GSAC Championship Meet in San Diego, Calif., finished second in the 10,000 (36:42.78), the third fastest time in Azusa Pacific history and the best time ever by a Cougar freshman.

Broke the school 5K record with the first-ever sub 17-minute effort, winning the Great Lakes Invitational in Grand Rapids, Mich., with a 16:57 ... Repeated as GSAC champion and broke the meet record by 30 seconds with a 17:00 clocking at Woodward Park in Fresno ... 2008 (junior): Fashioned his best season ever, highlighted by finishing 20th at the NAIA Championship Meet in Kenosha, Wis., with a lifetime 8K best of 25:05 ... Became just the 12 male athlete in Azusa Pacific cross country history to garner All-America honors ... Was also All-GSAC by finishing 12th (26:00) in the meet at Woodward Park ... 2007 (sophomore): In his first season running cross country at Azusa Pacific, finished 117th at the NAIA Championships (26:23) and 26th at the GSAC Championships (26:37) ... Ran a career-best 8K of 26:17 to finish 44th overall (sixth among Cougars) at the Aquinas Invitational in Grand Rapids, Mich. ...
