Finished third at the NAIA Championship Meet in Kenosha, Wis., garnering All-America recognition with a 24:32 on the frigid 8K course ... Finished second to teammate Aron Rono at the Vanguard Invitational, Aquinas Invitational and GSAC Championship Meet ... Registered a 24:31 at the GSAC meet to become the tenth fastest runner in Azusa Pacific history ... Also clocked a 25:01 at Vanguard.
SIMPSON: Spent his 2007 freshman season at Simpson University in Redding, Calif. ... Captured Simpson's first-ever NAIA All-America honor by finishing 13th in Kenosha, Wis., with a 25:07 ... Was the National Christian College Athletic Association runner-up with a 25:18 on a course at Cedarville University ... Won the Pacific Union Invitational (27:21).
TRACK & FIELD: For the first time in his life competed in track & field, running on synthetic tracks ...
