HIGH SCHOOL: Played 3 seasons of varsity football at Denver (Colo.) Lutheran High for head coach Loren Larrabbe ... Played on both sides of the line and served as team captain his final 2 seasons ... Earned All-Metro League as an offensive lineman during his 2003 senior season and as a defensive lineman during his 2002 junior campaign ... Tallied 46 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, including 6 sacks and blocked a punt during his senior season as a defensive end... Also played 2 seasons of varsity basketball (center) ...
