THIS YEAR: As he uses his freshman year to adjust to the college level of competition, Bill Wills will most likely redshirt the 2008 season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Was a 2-sport standout for the Grizzlies at Los Osos High in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. ... Played 2 varsity seasons of football under head coach Tom Martinez ... His position coach was former Cougar Michael Randall, a member of the 1998 Azusa Pacific national championship team ... Helped lead the Grizzlies to an 8-3 record and the Baseline League championship as a 2007 senior ... Served as a team captain in his senior year ... Also competed for 3 varsity seasons in track and field (throws).

PERSONAL: Born April 6, 1990, in Montclair, Calif. ... Parents are Jack and Bonnie Wills ... Has 3 brothers (twins Jake and Mike, Chris) ... Majoring in psychology with a minor in physical therapy ... Would like to travel after graduation ... Enjoys camping and hiking.
