High School: Played football at Phoenix Christian High School for three years... Captained the team for two years... Served as a running back, strong safety, and line backer... Was named to the 2nd team all-Baseline League as a junior and senior... Helped the team compile a record of 29-11 in his time at Phoenix.

PERSONAL: Born on Dec. 17, 1993 in Phoenix, Ariz. to Donald (dairyman) and Ingrid Van Hofwegen... Has two brothers, Tanner and Aren, and a sister, Angel... Majoring in business... Would like to be a dairyman like his father after his time at Azusa Pacific... Enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding, and dirt bikes.
