The Azusa Pacific football program has announced its annual golf tournament date and location.

The Cougar Golf Classic will take place at the Sierra Lakes Golf Club in Fontana, Calif. on Tuesday May 21. In previous years, this tournament has allowed the Cougars to compete and improve in quality apparel with access to exclusive equipment. This includes high-end Nike practice kits, team shoes, and travel gear for the team.

Azusa Pacific finished the 2012 season on a four-game winning streak with the best record in the second round in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference, and the Cougars need your help to continue that streak into 2013.

Date: Tuesday, May 21, 2013
Location: Sierra Lakes Golf Club, Fontana Calif., 12:00am – 7:30 p.m.
Cost: $165 per individual: includes golf amenities, food and beverage.

Golf Amenities: Bag drop services, carts, unlimited driving range, bag tag, locker room services (men and women), and the pro shop will be available.

Tournament Schedule:
12:00am - Registration and Driving Range
1:30pm - Shotgun Start
6:30pm - Dinner and Awards Sponsorship Packages

Title Sponsor- $4,000
Includes: Two foursomes, eight lunches and dinners, name on banner, home game sideline banner, exclusive tee signs, and program recognition ($840 of total gifts is not tax deductible).

Tournament Sponsor- $2,500
Includes: Foursome, four lunches and dinners, one tee sign, green sign, and program recognition ($420 of total gift is not tax deductible).

Tee Prize/Players Gift Sponsor- $2,000
Includes: Foursome, four lunches and dinners, name and/or logo on all tee prizes, and program recognition ($420 of total gift is not tax deductible).

Cougar Gridiron Sponsor - $1,500
Includes: foursome, one tee sign and program recognition ($420 of total gift is not tax deductible).

Dinner Sponsor- $1,000
Includes: Individual dinner table sign, may decorate tables if desired, and program recognition (all donation).

Cart Sponsor- $500
Includes: Business name and logo on all carts and program recognition (all donation).

Hole in One Sponsor- $500
Includes: Custom individual advertisement on all par 3’s and program recognition (all donation).

Putting Contest Sponsor- $500
Includes: Two tee signs on putting green and program recognition (all donation).

Tee Sponsor - $250
Includes: Tee Signage only (all donation).
