Dan Wood is in his third season as an assistant on Jason Surrell’s coaching staff.

A standout player at NAIA member Olivet Nazarene (Ill.), Wood brings 7 years of club coaching experience to the team.

Wood spent 4 years at Olivet Nazarene (1996-2000), where he played midfield for the Tigers and graduated in 2000 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He served as team captain during his senior season.

After graduating, Wood began his coaching career with the Bettendorf (Iowa) Soccer Association. He spent 4 years there before moving to California. He has served the past 4 seasons as the head coach of the Glendora Football Club.

Wood is single and resides in Glendora.
