SANTA BARBARA, Calif. -- After beating Hope International yesterday, Azusa Pacific made a quick pit stop in Santa Barbara before leaving the mainland to face the University of Hawaii next week.

It may be a busy travel schedule but it wasn’t enough to slow down the NAIA’s top-ranked Cougars who beat Westmont, 5-1, during an early morning match on Friday.

The match had been previously scheduled for earlier in the month but had to be made up because of a rainout.

Azusa Pacific improves to 19-1 on the season and 10-0 in the conference.
