  • 20-Year CelebrationMay 24, 2003 | Mike Barnett led Azusa Pacific to its first-ever NAIA outdoor men's track & field title in 1983. Twenty years later he celebrated that title today by guiding the Cougar women to their first-ever NAIA outdoor crown.
  • For the Record, APU SecondMay 23, 2003 | Azusa Pacific linked itself to NAIA history once again as Cougars set and tied records in the women's discus and the men's 110 hurdles. Both teams are in second place after 2 days of the outdoor championships.
  • Cougars Grab NAIA LeadMay 22, 2003 | The Azusa Pacific women's track & field team, in search of its first-ever NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championship, grabbed the early lead after the first day of competition.
  • Ahead of the PackApr. 27, 2003 | Azusa Pacific won 5 of 6 sprints and 4 of 6 relays to propel its way to both the men's and women's GSAC Track & Field Championships.
  • Multis Closing in Canyon CityApr. 17, 2003 | Despite deteriorating weather conditions, the Mt. SAC Relays/ California Invitational Heptathlon and Decathlon were completed at Azusa Pacific.
  • Everything MultipliedApr. 16, 2003 | Results from the Mt. SAC Relays/California Invitational Heptathlon/Decathlon are available on the Internet.
  • Track Records FallApr. 13, 2003 | Five records fell during the 18th Annual Meet of Champions at Azusa Pacific. Nearly 600 athletes competed in 38 events.
  • Cougars Sweep Track TitlesMar. 8, 2003 | Azusa Pacific broke out the brooms and became only the fifth school ever to sweep the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships.
  • Tuned Up and Ready to GoFeb. 22, 2003 | In thier final meet before the NAIA Indoor Championships, the Cougar track & field teams tuned up with some outstanding performances at the Rossi Relays in Claremont.
  • Cougars Go the DistanceFeb. 15, 2003 | The Azusa Pacific distance program continues to shine and did so again in a Last Chance qualifying meet staged today in Azusa.
