THIS YEAR: A consistent defensive player for the past 3 years, senior Alison Pattison will continue to see regular time in the back row, perhaps filling the libero role Handles serve receive duties well and is one of the Cougars top defensive options Currently ranks fourth on the Azusa Pacific career digs chart.
2006 (Junior): Played in all 35 matches, starting 30 times Finished fourth on the team in digs (359), third in aces (43) and second in passing percentage (.945) Posted double-digits in digs 18 times, including a pair of season-high 22-dig performances in back-to-back GSAC contests against Point Loma Nazarene and Biola Served aces in 28 of the Cougars 35 matches, including a season-high 4 in a narrow 5-game defeat to host Columbia (Mo.) at the NAIA Tournament.
2005 (Sophomore): Was again a mainstay in the back row as she played in all 37 matches which included 5 starts Finished second on the team with 373 digs, an average of 2.96 per game Had a streak of 9 straight matches with double-digit digs Recorded 13 matches with at least 10 kills Had a .937 passing percentage Had a remarkable performance collecting 33 digs in the Cougars win over Lubbock Christian. 2004 (Freshman): Appeared in 33 matches for the Cougars Led the team in digs as a freshman with a total of 496 (4.39 average/game) Finished eighth in the GSAC in digs Also recorded 33 service aces and 23 assists Had at least 10 digs in 26 matches, including 20-or-more in 10 matches Recorded a season-high 25 digs against Concordia Served a career-high 5 aces in a win over Biola.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped 4 varsity seasons at Rim of the World High in Lake Arrowhead, Calif., for head coach Linda Pattison Was a 3-time All-Mojave League selection Named All-CIF Division III first team and All-San Bernardino County first team as a 2003 senior Led the Scots to a combined 80-7 mark in 4 seasons, including a 37-3 mark in league play Also participated in 3 seasons of track & field (high jump) Was the Mojave River League high jump champion as a 2002 junior, earning league MVP honors Maintained a 4.1 GPA and was named chemistry student of the year.
