Volleyball Opens Pool Play Thursday

KISSIMMEE, Fla.-- On Thursday the Azusa Pacific women’s volleyball team opens up pool play at the National Christian College Athletics Association national championships with the first of back-to-back double headers. The Cougars, who received an at-large berth as the tournament’s No. 3 seed, will face off with McMurry and Bethel before playing Roberts Wesleyan and Lee on Friday.

Azusa Pacific will begin play at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. (EST) at the Kissimmee Civic Center in Kissimmee, Fla. on Thursday, and at noon and 4 p.m. on Friday. The first and second place finishers from each five-team pool will advance to the semifinals, with each pool’s winner facing off against the other’s second place team.

Each of the Cougars’ NCCAA championship matches will be streamed online through Tourbeau Sports, with the price for each game set at $6.95. Click Here for access to the streaming channel.
