Doug Lindsey
Doug Lindsey is entering his first year as an assistant coach for the women's water polo team after a successful collegiate career at UC Irvine.
The former Anteater earned third-team NCAA Division I All-American honors in his senior season after finishing eighth in the country in goals scored (45), and helped his team to a fifth place finish at the NCAA tournament in each of his junior and senior seasons before graduating with a degree in political science. Lindsey played two years at Chaffey College, where he led his team to a fifth place finish at the national tournament. He was named to the All-South Coast Conference team as a freshman and sophomore.
Lindsey attended Upland High school, where he played baseball, water polo, and wrestled. He is engaged to Azusa Pacific swimmer Malerie Morgan and the wedding is set for May of 2013. He is currently working towards his master's in education and his teaching credential at Azusa Pacific.
