Warehouse Operations is a service provider to the Azusa Pacific community consisting of three primary services: University Relocations, Warehouse Services, and Central Receiving. It is the goal of Warehouse Operations to provide the support the APU community needs in order to offer the best possible service to students.

Locations and Hours

Warehouse Operations has two locations. The Warehouse is located at 511 Citrus Edge St. in Glendora (behind Azusa Pacific Online University), and Central Receiving is located in Building Three (behind Felix Event Center), at 701 East Foothill Blvd. in Azusa.

Hours of Operation:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m.

Services

University Relocations

University Relocations handles all departmental and/or interdepartmental relocations of faculty or staff. In order to begin this process, any relocation of faculty and/or staff must first be approved by Space Needs. Please email Joy Specht with this request.

Warehouse Services

Warehouse Services handles all requests for furniture installation and/or removal, ergonomic technology installation, office rearrangement, and university stationery supply. For further details on how to make a request, sign in to your account at home.apu.edu, click on Self Service in the Enterprise Menu, then click on the Campus Work Order link and follow the on-screen directions.

Central Receiving

Central Receiving handles all package deliveries to the university as well as their distribution. For questions regarding package deliveries, please see our Central Receiving Policies and Procedures.

Catalogs, Brochures, and Specific APU Letterhead
(Dual Graphics Fulfillment)

Warehousing Operations no longer stores departmental catalogs, brochures, or specific departmental letterhead. Orders can now be placed through Dual Graphics online ordering system. If you do not have an account login, please contact the Office of University Relations for assistance.
