About the Department
The Department of College Student Affairs and Organizational Leadership offers a unique blend of both academic and experiential learning that provides students with an effective type of learning experience for personal and professional growth.
The department provides three programs: an undergraduate leadership minor, a Master of Education in College Student Affairs, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (also offered via the Operation Impact format). Each program assists students in identifying and developing personal and professional competencies that enable them to contribute more effectively to all areas of their lives.
