 Sharyn Slavin Miller, Ph.D.The worlds of college student affairs and organizational leadership are constantly changing. Students of all ages are entering colleges and universitites in ever-increasing numbers from diverse backgrounds and with a wide array of aspirations. In the world of organizations, whether non-profit or for profit, change and flexibility has become a way of life. Organizations strive to move from good working environments to those that provide great opportunities for their staff and great service provided to their customers. Whether your goal is to serve future leaders in higher education as a college student affairs professional or faculty member, or to serve in a leadership role within an organization, our graduate programs will equip you well to meet the challenges that you will encounter.
