About the Department
The Department of Leadership and College Student Development offers a unique blend of both academic and experiential learning that provides students with an effective type of learning experience for personal and professional growth.
The department provides four programs: an undergraduate leadership minor, the Master of Arts in Leadership, the Master of Arts in Global Leadership (formerly Operational Impact), and the Master of Science in College Counseling and Student Development. Each program assists students in identifying and developing personal and professional competencies that enable them to contribute more effectively to all areas of their lives.
