About Our Students
Most students come from an established background of leadership in various fields and industries, with many coming from Christian organizations and educational institutions. The program draws both male and female students representing a variety of racial backgrounds. The age range generally includes those from 30-60 years old.
Degree Uses
The majority of students view this program as personal and professional development to enhance their current positions and roles within organizations as well as in their volunteer work. For some, this degree allows graduates to move into supervisory positions, become directors of programs, and achieve further credibility inside and outside their organizations. An M.A. often opens doors for teaching, consulting, and further graduate study.
