The Department of Leadership and College Student Development offers the following programs:

Minors

Leadership Minor

The Leadership Minor encourages students to pursue excellence in their chosen major while also seeking proficiency as strengths-driven leaders. Students in the minor learn about whole-person development, leadership and virtue, the role of personal strengths and skills in leadership, and how to lead as agents of change.

Master’s Degrees

College Counseling and Student Development, M.S.

This program prepares individuals to become student affairs educators whose special interest is college students and the environments that affect their development as persons and scholar educators.

Global Leadership, M.A. (formerly Operation Impact)

Provides educational support internationally to leaders of mission, government, nongovernment, and nonprofit organizations in a distributed-learning approach to global-learning groups worldwide.

Leadership, M.A.

For experienced professionals in positions of leadership, this interdisciplinary, intercultural, international program hones leadership skills through experiential study of organizational life and action research.
