Several types of financial aid are available to graduate students who are U.S. citizens. The resources range from federal loans and state grants to, for some graduate programs, fellowships and scholarships. Military members—and in some cases their spouses and dependents—qualify for financial assistance covering tuition, housing, and books. Azusa Pacific is a Yellow Ribbon University and a Servicemembers Opportunity College, so you can be confident that you’ll receive the benefits and flexibility you need to complete your education.
CCSD students are eligible for consideration for APU graduate assistantships valued at $6,000 for first-year students and $6,500 for second-year students. Students are also eligible for consideration for a program-funded tuition remission. Graduate assistants are required to enroll in 6 units each semester, and must work 20 hours per week in a program or department on campus or complete 600 supervised hours.
