Physical therapists' newly acquired autonomy carries with it serious responsibility. This growing force of health care providers represents a substantial aspect of patient care and stands poised to exert significant influence over the current health care delivery systems. To prepare the nation’s leading physical therapists, APU's Department of Physical Therapy:
