The Department of Social Work offers the following programs:

Bachelor's Degrees
Bachelor of Social Work

The social work major prepares students with the knowledge of human behavior necessary for work with diverse individuals, families, groups, and communities.

Master's Degrees
Master of Social Work

The Master of Social Work Program offers concentration courses that allow students to specialize in a selected area of social work practice. The MSW degree is considered the most appropriate academic credential for advanced social work practice and is a requirement for professional licensure in most states.
