Program Requirements


Requirements for the Social Work Major 72 units
A total of 72 units is required for the major. A minimum 2.0 grade-point average is required in all major courses, including the specified General Studies classes.

Select either from BIOL 101 (Fundamentals of Biology, 4 units), BIOL 151 (General Biology, 4 units PSYC 470 (Physiological Psychology, 3 units) or both BIOL 250 (Anatomy) and BIOL 251 (Physiology) (8 units total for the pair).
