The Leung School of Accounting focuses on career preparation designed to answer the challenges of a rapidly changing marketplace in vital need of qualified, Christian professionals.

The school offers a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree with foundational coursework in the areas of accounting principles, business law, finance, strategic management, and organizational behavior. Azusa Pacific’s accounting major equips students to make ethically and financially sound decisions.

APU’s accounting school also plans to expand its program offerings with a Master of Professional Accountancy degree. The forthcoming graduate degree will train students to meet recently enhanced ethics and education requirements for Certified Public Accountants.

Graduates of the Leung School of Accounting gain marketable skills and leadership qualities that prepare them to strengthen the field of accounting and financial sector through competence and character. Practical training also includes internship placements that blend real-world experience with classroom theory, resulting in comprehensive preparation for the state CPA examination.

The accounting school is housed within Azusa Pacific’s School of Business and Management.
