Roxanne Helm-Stevens, DBA, joined the School of Business and Management faculty in 2000, teaching in the graduate and undergraduate programs. Her areas of teaching include organizational behavior, management, business, and employee development. Prior to joining APU, Helm-Stevens worked in public and private industry for 20 years, holding management positions in various industries. Throughout her corporate career, she received recognition and numerous awards for her work in performance improvement, benchmarking, and best practices. Active in her field, she has received national certifications from the International Society for Performance Improvement and the Association for Training and Development. She has participated in national and international conferences, presenting and publishing on the topics of strategic business management, organizational behavior, educational leadership, and service-learning.
