Where is Cashiering Services and what are its hours?

East Campus Cashiering Services is located in One Stop: Undergraduate Enrollment Services Center at 901 E. Alosta Ave. Hours are 8:30 a.m.–4:45 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 8:30 a.m.–4:15 p.m. Friday.

Graduate and Professional Center Cashiering Services is located in the Graduate and Professional Center at 568 E. Foothill Blvd. Hours are 8:30 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday–Thursday and 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Friday.

Business Office Cashiering Services is located in the Business Office, on the second floor of Building D at Foothill Community Church at 777 E. Alosta Ave. Hours are 9 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday.

What services do the cashiers provide?

The services provided by all cashiers are as follows: student payments, departmental deposits, and check cashing for faculty, staff, and students ($100 max).

What forms of payment are accepted
for making a student payment?

A variety of options are available for making student payments. Credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), wire transfer (Wire Transfer Funds Form (PDF)), check, and cash are acceptable forms of payment. If you need to view your student account balance, contact One Stop: Undergraduate Enrollment Services Center at (626) 815-3009.

How do I wire a payment to Azusa Pacific University?

Download the Wire Transfer Funds Form (PDF) and fill it out. This form can be given to the institution wiring the funds to Azusa Pacific University.

How do I make a departmental deposit
and fill out a deposit bag?

Download the Departmental Deposits Form (Excel), fill it out, and submit it to the cashier. To fill out a deposit bag, follow the instructions attached to the Departmental Deposits Form.
