The CEO of NightLight, Dieselberg was sent by International Ministries to Bangkok in 1994, along with her husband and four children, to address the issues of the urban poor. Working with women in prostitution since 2000, Dieselberg began NightLight in 2005 to provide prevention, intervention, and holistic restoration to women at risk or escaping sexual exploitation.
