Pre-Opera lecture is at 6:30 pm.

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s The Magic Flute tells a light-hearted story of good and evil. Fanciful and endearing characters encounter those with less well-intentioned desires spun out through beautiful melodies along with occasional show-stopping fireworks of coloratura singing. As we all hope, good triumphs over evil in the end.

Family friendly: Our abridged production is in English, and it is narrated and semi-staged with costumes and orchestra. (running time one hour, thirty minutes)

Admission is free and no tickets are required to attend.

Location:

Munson Recital Hall (MUNS)
