A Faith Integration fellow and associate professor of leadership at APU, Kaak has served in pastoral ministry and worked with The Leadership Institute. He has a Ph.D. in Leadership and has taught leadership courses in Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Switzerland, and Germany.
