"Best of Times, Worst of Times: Religious Liberty in the Early 21st Century"
Posted by: Department of History and Political Science
Join Dr. Dan Palm, Chair and Professor of the Department of History and Political Science, as he presents the second lecture in the 2012-2013 Charles G. Koch Lecture Series.
One of the often-forgotten motivations for the American Revolution was religious liberty, a concept the founders saw as a clear step beyond mere religious toleration. This lecture will consider the condition of religious liberty in our time, from its recovery in the United States to its difficult prospects in other countries and regions.
