Victor Santa Cruz has been involved in education and youth work for more than eight years. In that time, he has taught at the college and high school levels. Santa Cruz draws from his extensive work experience in private business, full-time ministry, and coaching. Since arriving at APU in 2001, he has served in the roles of head football coach and offensive and defensive coordinator.
