Abbot Emeritus at St. Andrews Abbey, Father Benedict is an ordained priest and Benedictine monk. He studied philosophy at Loyola Marymount and earned an M.A. in Theology at Mount Angel Seminary. Fr. Benedict leads retreats and speaks at conferences on the topics of spiritual formation, spiritual direction, and humility.
