Tsai teaches social, cultural, research methods, and practicum in psychology, and is the chair of the Department of Psychology. Tsai received her Ph.D. from Stanford University. She mentors students through research teams and discipleship groups and leads summer teams of students in international service-learning experiences in China and Taiwan.
